Company Profile
KIOGA was founded in 1937 to improve the market for Kansas crude
oil and promote the welfare of and improved economic conditions for
the Kansas independent oil industry. It has provided needed
leadership in many crises since that time. By doing many things that
individuals could not do for themselves, it merits the support of
every independent person in the Kansas oil and gas industry.
KIOGA aids the industry by:
- maintaining legislative contact at the local, state
and national level;
- studying market conditions;
- providing
standing
committees to study problems
- meeting with local, state and national leaders on
industry problems.

- fighting crude oil price cuts and charges;
