
Will Darrah – At-Large Member

Will has been a Managing Member of Darrah Oil Co. since July 2006. A self-proclaimed “industrialist,” Will’s broad experience in the petroleum industry has taken him from his first jobs laying pipeline and working on a rig crew to presently administering Darrah Oil.
Will also contributes professionally to additional enterprises, serving as the Director of agricultural service provider Beaver Grain Corporation, a Director of the Charles Machine Works a multinational underground construction equipment manufacturer whose notable product was the Ditch Witch trencher until its divestment to Toro. He also serves as President of Darrah Farms Limited.
An active member of the Wichita community Will has dedicated himself as a volunteer to multiple local non-profits, previously director to Fisch Bowl arts nonprofit, and Past President of the Board for Positive Directions Inc., an HIV/AIDS prevention service organization. Related to oil and gas exploration he also serves as director of the Kansas Geological Foundation as well as the Kansas Independent Oil and Gas Association.
Married with four children, Will has enjoyed coaching an elementary school Lego Mindstorms team to help develop students’ S.T.E.M. skills, playing polo, and is an avid home brewer.
He holds a B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University, earned in conjunction with one year spent at the Berlin School of Economics.
